Salt Lake City, Utah (July 2, 2009) 4Life President Steve Tew announced today executive personnel changes to facilitate the growth of the company in the United States and throughout the world. Alan Michaelis will transition from his role as Vice President of Distributor Relations to Vice President, International, with responsibility for sales and marketplace growth in Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.
Michaelis will assume many of the responsibilities of long-time employee Jason Norton, who is resigning from his post after 10 years of leadership and service to pursue entrepreneurial interests. Vice President, International Steve Apple will take on responsibilities for the 4Life India market.
Michaelis has 20 years of experience in direct sales with a focus on distributor services, operations, sales, and international business. Most recently, he was responsible for the development of 4Life’s U.S. market, which posted 14% growth month over month while under his charge.
In addition, Vice President of Field Development Mark Petersen will assume Michaelis’ responsibilities for sales growth and marketplace development of the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Petersen has over 20 years of experience in the legal, international development, and field development arenas, with many of those years working at 4Life in various capacities.
